    :. „MedPAN South“ project Steering Committee annual meeting

„MedPAN South“ project Steering Committee annual meeting was held on the 25th of February 2010 at the Croatian Ministry of Culture. At the meeting regional, national and local project activities implemented in 2009 were presented as well as those planned for 2010. Representatives of national parks Brijuni, Kornati, Mljet and nature parks Telašćica and Lastovo Islands presented plan of local workshops and meetings for management plan development of each of listed marine protected areas. Representatives of the Ministry of Culture explained to participants structure, content and legal framework of protected areas management plans development. Members of the Steering Committee were invited to participate in the process of management plans development through filling semi-structured interviews, providing information, participation on workshops and development of objectives and activities of future management plans.
